The herb is mainly collected from the wild occurrences. The drug is grown only on small areas because of the high manual effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Active ingredients of Nasturtium Officinale Extract<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mustard oil glycosides, e.g. gluconasturtiin, vitamin C, essential oils<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Effect of Nasturtium Officinale Extract<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The mustard oil glycosides of watercress have antimicrobial properties. The diuretic effect frequently mentioned in the literature is not proven.
